Need shampoo with no Cocamidopropyl Betaine

Anyone else here allergic to Cocamidopropyl Betaine? I just found out about this recently and it had been troubling me for years without me realizing. I didn't know it's behind the shedding. I spend way too long looking for one in stores. Help, please.

Cocamidopropyl betaine can cause allergies like itching and hair shedding and its sneaky coz it's in a lot of shampoos and soaps. Best thing is to check ingredients closely and try to stick with products that dont have it, or go for gentle and moree natural ones. It's frustrating, but once you find the right stuff, it really helps.

I've never really heard of Cocamidopropyl Betaine before, but if it's causing shedding and allergies, that sounds rough, check the ingredient lists on stuff you use and try to avoid anything with that name, maybe there are some gentle or natural shampoos without it? hope you find something that works for you
