My office restroom feels targeted

My workplace recently posted a list of restroom rules, most are just basic hygiene reminders. One said, "Remove hair from the sink!" and it felt like it was directed at me. I wear extensions, and sometimes a few strands fall out without me realizing. I usually clean up, but I can't always catch it, do you think this was a subtle call-out?
